PICKING
Stockforce’s advanced picking functionality coordinates all picking, storage and handling activities while guiding operators through customized missions. It supports multiple operational methods such as Order Picking, Batch Picking, Pick & Pack and zone-based strategies (Pick & Pass, Wave Picking), as well as FIFO, FEFO, …, logic, with full management of locations, batches, serial numbers, barcodes and operational constraints.
CROSS DOCKING
With the Cross Docking feature, Stockforce identifies goods during receiving that are destined for immediate shipment or production lines, eliminating intermediate storage. After verification, products are automatically directed to dedicated areas where they are consolidated with items sharing the same destination.
MAPPING
Stockforce WMS enables complete and structured warehouse mapping, even in multi-site environments. The physical warehouse is modeled and connected to one or more logical ERP warehouses, organizing areas, racks, bin columns and storage levels into a clear digital structure that guarantees control, traceability and optimized operational flows. OVERPACK
Stockforce provides advanced management of composite shipping units, enabling multi-level structures such as pallets containing mini-pallets or other handling units. Overpack logic applies across picking, packing lists and truck loading, ensuring operational consistency throughout the entire process.
LABELS
Combined with the LabelPrinter service, Stockforce allows labels to be printed or reprinted directly from handheld devices at the exact point where the operator is working. The service communicates directly with the printer, ensuring speed, mobility and efficiency in managing pallet, shipment and package labels.
GOODS RECEIPT
Stockforce WMS manages the entire inbound process in a structured way, from recording the Goods Receipt to verification and counting via handheld devices. It supports the creation of Handling Units (HU), integrates quality control and quarantine management and enables cross-docking logic to accelerate inbound and outbound flows.
TRACEABILITY
Stockforce ensures full traceability and product tracking for both trading companies (supplier–customer) and manufacturing companies (supplier–production line–customer). Each finished product batch is linked to the batches of its components, enabling complete reconstruction of origin and full tracking to the final customer, including serial number management. Dynamic dashboards provide fast and detailed data analysis.
INVENTORY
Stockforce supports both standard and cycle counting inventory processes. Targeted inventory missions (by location, shelf row or product category) can be created without interrupting warehouse operations. Activities are executed via handheld devices and monitored through a web console showing discrepancies, recounts and adjustments that can be consolidated in the ERP system.

The shipping module manages all activities from picking consolidation and delivery note generation to transport booking and truck loading. Through integration with GSPED, it enables full multi-carrier management including order preparation, label generation, carrier communication, shipment tracking and cost analysis.
Warehouse Navigation
Stockforce supports operators with assisted navigation for forklifts, suggesting optimized routes and tasks within the warehouse. Intelligent task assignment reduces unnecessary movement, travel time and operational errors.
